It is the statement from enterprises, experts and managers at the Conference, namely,  “Technological innovation and administrative reform to boost small and medium enterprises’ productivity in the context of Covid-19” conducted by Ministry of Science and Technology, Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises , with the collaboration of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the project “Boosting the reform and improvement of the ability to connect SMEs (LinkSME)” on October 7^th, 2020 in Hanoi.

Năng lực đổi mới sáng tạo của một doanh nghiệp trước hết là khả năng hiểu và đáp ứng với các điều kiện thay đổi bối cảnh, theo đuổi các cơ hội mới, tận dụng kiến ​​thức, sự sáng tạo của mọi người trong doanh nghiệp, đồng thời phối hợp tốt với các bên liên quan và đối tác bên ngoài.

Đổi mới sáng tạo thể hiện tính mới hoặc sự thay đổi cơ bản, qua đó tạo ra giá trị mới hoặc thay đổi các giá trị hiện có. Sự thành công của đổi mới sáng tạo thông qua 04 động lực chính: sự hợp tác sáng tạo (creative collaboration), tư duy đổi mới sáng tạo (innovation mind-set), hệ thống công việc (systems of work) và văn hóa đổi mới sáng tạo (innovation culture). Bộ tiêu chuẩn ISO 56000 chỉ ra phương thức quản lý đổi mới sáng tạo theo tiêu chuẩn, với nội dung quản lý đổi mới sáng tạo theo hệ thống quản lý, đánh giá quản lý đổi mới hệ thống sáng tạo và quản lý sở hữu trí tuệ.
